Sadly the day we went there were a lot of wasps near the hot tub which put me off going near it. Not worth the money at all but they include it if you have a treatment booked. I wouldn't pay for the outdoor water circuit on its own. The only down side was that our room was never cleaned until mid afternoon which meant if you did fancy a quick siesta you never knew if everything had been refreshed or not until you get into the room. Guacamole & Tortilla Chips was ordered numerous times to our room (and it was exactly how i like my guacamole!) The hotel was completely spotless. If there's something you know the hotel offers but it isn't on the menu just add it to the comments.

Then for main i had the chicken cannelloni which again was just full of cheese! I'm not sure if they are trying to cater to what the US market think Italian food is but trust me.this isn't it! A HUGE disappointment! The pizzas by the pool were fantastic! We only tried one on our last day & wish we had ate them every lunch time! Room service was fantastic! We ordered breakfast a couple of times & also ordered lunch on our last day before our transfer picked up us. The Italian a la carte was a total disaster! Everything was super salty & COVERED in cheese!! I had eggplant parm to start & it was just a stack of aubergine slices caked in melted cheese.
She would make you fresh tacos even sopes! And every morning there were red & green chilaquilles too! When it came to the a la cartes.Playa Del Carmen has a huge Italian expat community so they Italian food there is almost as good as it is in Italy (if you know where to go). There was a woman in the buffet making fresh tortilla every morning.
We've travelled to Mexico multiple times & love to eat out locally as normally the all inclusive 'mexican' food is completely watered down. He also arranged a day bed on the beach for us which in my opinion was 100% worth the price! The food was some of the best i've ever had at an all inclusive. As we had the do not disturb on Emmanuel sent a whatsapp to check everything was ok & was able to get more drinks sent up to our room which was fantastic. WOW! He really did go above & beyond! He gave us a call as soon as we checked into the room & as soon as he heard my husbands British accent immediately offered to send a kettle & tea to the room! There was a day i got sunburnt so we stayed in the room most of the day. Yes, it may have been nice to have a sea view but how much time do you really spend in your room? We were in the block with Emmanuel as our concierge. In my option, the 'cheapest' rooms are actually the best location as they are right next to the main building which houses all of the restaurants.
